Requirements

Legal right to live and work in Singapore.

Minimum age of 18 years.

Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher, OR a GCE 'O' Level (or equivalent) with a pass in English and at least one year of cabin crew experience.

Proficiency in written and spoken English, plus fluency in at least one of the following: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, or Thai.

Proficiency in Putonghua is considered an added advantage.

Minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe to facilitate safety and emergency procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industries is highly regarded.

Successful completion of a comprehensive pre-employment background check, medical assessment, and drug testing (conducted per HKCAD CAD373 standards).
English Proficiency Certification
Candidates must demonstrate English proficiency. Exemptions are available for those with a valid TOEIC (Public Test) score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening, or an IELTS (Academic) overall Band Score of 6.0 or above. Score reports must be provided during the application process.
