The Flight Attendant will execute safety, first aid, and security procedures to the highest standards. Attending to customer needs in a caring and professional manner is paramount, as is embracing diversity and providing thoughtful assistance, especially to those requiring extra help. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age. A Bachelor's degree or above is required, or a high school diploma accompanied by at least one year of flight attendant experience. Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese is essential, and proficiency in a third language is advantageous. Candidates must possess a valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, taken on or after 01 June 2023, to be exempted from the English assessment. Strong communication skills are necessary. A minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe is required. Previous experience in an airline, hospitality, or service industry is preferred. The selected candidate must undergo a successful pre-employment background check, including criminal records; demonstrate physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment; and pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be done following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances – Annex B, CAD373.

Selected candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day in Yokohama in March 2025. The estimated start date for successful candidates is in the second quarter of 2025.
