The ideal candidate possesses an EASA Part FCL Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with an Instrument Rating (IR) and completed ATPL theory examinations (Frozen ATPL). A valid EASA Part Medical Class 1 certificate is also mandatory.
A minimum of 1500 hours of multi-pilot, multi-engine flight experience on jet or turboprop aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) exceeding 10 tons or a seating capacity greater than 19 is required. Candidates presenting with 1500 hours of experience on widebody aircraft will be considered for a Senior First Officer position.
The successful applicant must demonstrate a minimum ICAO English language proficiency level of 4, with level 6 preferred. Furthermore, they should hold a minimum of a full second-level graduation (e.g., Baccalauréat, Abitur, A-Level Exam, Matura, Fachschulreife).
