Seasonal Contract First Officer Boeing 737

Luxair is seeking a dedicated and skilled aviation professional to join the Flight Operations team as a Seasonal Contract First Officer Boeing 737.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Captain, the First Officer is primarily responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient operation of Luxair's scheduled and charter flights across the network. This role requires meticulous adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure reliable flight operations. Working collaboratively with the flight crew, the First Officer shares responsibility for passenger safety and comfort. The role also involves fostering positive and professional relationships with key stakeholders in flight operations, including Air Traffic Control and Ground Operations, to facilitate seamless operational flow.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Criteria:

• Possession of a valid Part-FCL (European) ATPL license or a CPL/IR with frozen ATPL.
• A current Boeing 737 Type Rating.
• A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• A secondary school leaving qualification recognised as sufficient for university access in the country of issue, and/or a recognised university diploma.
• Proficiency in the English language, demonstrated by an ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 or higher.
• Minimum height requirement exceeding 156 cm.

Desired Attributes:

• Command of one or more of the official languages of Luxembourg (Luxembourgish, French, and/or German).
