Pilot/Flight Operations Specialist | Minneapolis-St. Paul Base

The organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Professional Aviator to serve within its elite flight operations team. This role demands exceptional airmanship, strict adherence to global regulatory standards, and a deep commitment to safety in a dynamic, worldwide operational environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and discreet executive transport.

The position is permanently based in the vibrant Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. Candidates should note that this is a non-commuting role and requires established residency within the assigned base of operations.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

The applicant must meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • A minimum of six (6) years of extensive professional or military aviation experience is required.
  • Possession of a current and valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with a Multi-Engine Land rating.
  • The ability to maintain a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate, which is essential for operations involving passenger interaction.
  • Documented minimum total flight time experience of 2,000 hours.
  • The successful candidate must possess a valid passport permitting unrestricted international travel and must be capable of extended periods of global duty and travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform required ground duties, including the loading and unloading of baggage weighing up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Desired)

Competitive candidates often possess the following attributes, which will be considered advantageous:

  • A minimum of 1,000 hours operating turbine-powered aircraft (turbojet or turboprop).
  • Existing or previous type ratings in jet aircraft platforms.
  • Significant prior experience in corporate or executive aviation operations.
  • Proven background in executing and managing flight and ground operations regulatory compliance and documentation.
  • Formal training and established experience utilizing Crew Resource Management (CRM) methodologies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in an aviation-related, technical, or business field.
  • A comprehensive general knowledge of worldwide operational factors, including global political, geographical, regulatory, physiological, and meteorological requirements necessary to ensure safe and compliant global operations.
