C208 Captain – Milwaukee, WI
CSA Air, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced C208 Captain to join its growing team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Position Summary:
The Line Pilot will be assigned to a specific route, typically domiciled at an outstation rather than a hub. The work week generally commences Monday evening, involving freight flights from the domicile airport to the hub airport. Overnight accommodations, including hotel or crew apartments, will be provided at the hub. The following morning, the pilot will transport freight from the hub back to the domicile airport, having the day free until the evening operation. This cycle repeats until Friday or Saturday morning, depending on the specific route, ensuring a consistent schedule with days at home and nights at the hub. The position offers stability with a predictable assignment, daily returns home, and two weeks of paid time off, in addition to standard vacation time.

Job Requirements:
- 1200 hours total flight time.
- 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- 500 hours cross-country flight time.
- 100 hours night flight time.
- 75 hours instrument flight time (with 50 hours in actual flight).
- 2nd Class Medical Certificate.
- IFR Currency and Proficiency.
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Work Authorization.
