The company is poised for significant growth, with its fleet of four long-haul aircraft (one A330F and three B777Fs) set to be augmented by eight Airbus A350Fs by 2027, positioning CMA CGM AIR CARGO as the launch operator for this advanced aircraft. Additionally, through strategic partnerships, the airline currently operates the transpacific route with two owned B777Fs.

• Salary: To be discussed during the second stage of the application process.
• Type Rating Requirement: Airbus Type Rated (A320, A330/350, A340, A380). Preference will be given to candidates qualified on the A330/A350.

Mandatory Role Requirements

• EASA Full ATPL (A)
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Minimum of 1500 flight hours total time
• Minimum of 500 flight hours on Airbus aircraft
• English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher (ICAO)
• Valid EU Passport
• Willingness to reside in proximity to Paris CDG is considered an advantage.

Successful candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited to participate in the following stages:

• Video or phone interview with the CMA CGM AIR CARGO HR team.
• Technical and HR interview, theoretical knowledge test, and simulator assessment conducted in Paris.
• Psychometric evaluation.
