Flight Simulator Instructor - A320

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated aviation professional to join CAE as a Flight Simulator Instructor. As an individual contributor, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training primarily within a flight simulator or aircraft, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and professional pre and post-flight simulator briefings, adhering to CAE standards.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development of curricula and courseware as needed.
• Serve as an invigilator during examinations, when required.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Valid PTL License with an A320 Type Rating.
• Minimum of 1,000 flight hours as Pilot in Command.
• Valid IET License.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a professional degree in a relevant field and have at least 3 years of related experience.
