Position Overview

Royal Air Maroc is actively seeking highly skilled B737 Captains to join the company on a renewable 5-year contract. Successful candidates can anticipate commencement dates as early as Winter 2025/2026, presenting a timely opportunity to advance their aviation careers.

Key Requirements for B737 Captains

• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Licence with a valid B737NG/MAX rating.
• Current and valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or above.
• A minimum of 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight hours on the B737NG/MAX aircraft type.
• An impeccable record, free from accidents or significant incidents.
• A clean criminal record.

Contractual Terms and Conditions

• Contract Duration: Initially 1 year, renewable annually up to a total of 5 years.
• Base of Operations: Casablanca, Morocco.
• Remuneration: A competitive monthly salary of €10,000, supplemented by overtime pay and a loyalty bonus.
• Roster: A structured roster providing 7 days off per month, promoting work-life balance.
