Position Overview:
An opportunity is available for experienced and aspiring ATR 42/72 Captains to join a reputable airline on a 3-year fixed-term, part-time contract. The airline seeks both type-rated Captains current on the ATR 42/72 and eligible non-type-rated candidates who are willing to commit to a three-year bond. This role supports regional operations from bases in Dublin and Belfast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating ATR 42/72 aircraft in accordance with airline procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and crew.
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and operational efficiency.
- Contributing to the airline's commitment to safety and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid EASA or UKCAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- Minimum total flight time of 3000 hours.
- For type-rated candidates: Minimum 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the ATR 42/72 600 or significant hours on the ATR 42/72 type.
- Current on type with the last flight within the preceding 12 months.
- Hold a valid Licence Proficiency Check (LPC) on the ATR 42/72.
- Non-type-rated candidates are eligible with a willingness to undertake a 3-year bond.
- The airline may provide a Delta course for eligible candidates based on prior ATR 42/72 experience.
