A330/A320 First Officer - Direct Hire Opportunity

The Role
The airline is actively recruiting proficient A330/A320 Type-Rated First Officers to join their flight crew team. First Officers will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the airline's modern fleet across its diverse international network, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
Key Requirements
Prospective candidates for the A330/A320 First Officer position are required to meet the following minimum criteria:
- Possession of a current ICAO, EASA, or FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- A current A330 or A320 type rating appropriately endorsed on the licence.
- A minimum total flying experience of 1,500 hours.
- A minimum of 500 hours as Pilot Flying Under Supervision (PFUS) or Second-in-Command (SIC) specifically on the A330 or A320 aircraft type.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessed at Level 4 or higher.
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate issued and current under a single Aviation Authority.
- A clean safety record with no history of accidents or incidents.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive package, including:
- Contract Length: A renewable 2-year term.
- Basic Salary: Commencing from $4,710 per month.
- Type Allowance:
- Single Fleet (Only A320): $400 per month
- Mixed Fleet (Both A320/A330): $600 per month
- Accommodation Allowance: $1,500 per month.
- Settlement Allowance: A one-off payment of $2,355 at the commencement of employment.
- Additional Pay: Per diem and Overtime payments.
- Block Hours: Average block hours typically range between 50-65 hours per roster.
Comprehensive Benefits Include:
- Relocation & Repatriation: Provision of flight tickets for the pilot and accompanying family members.
- Children Support Allowance: $300 per child per month, applicable for up to 3 children.
- Staff Travel: Eligibility for ID tickets across the airline's network.
- Leave: 28 days of annual leave and 14 days of sick leave per year.
- Administrative Support: Assistance with Visa processing, Work Permit acquisition, and Licence validation.
- Medical Coverage: Inclusion in the airline's medical scheme.
- Insurance: Provision of Accident and Loss of Licence Insurance.
Airline Training
Initial type training or conversion training, if required, is provided by the airline.
- Duration: Training typically lasts between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on operational requirements and frequency of flying.
- Training Allowance: An allowance of $2,500 is provided during the training period.
Commuting Roster Option
A commuting roster option is available:
- Pattern: 6 weeks ON duty followed by 2 weeks OFF duty. Please note, annual leave is not applicable under this option, but 14 days of medical leave are provided.
- Compensation Adjustment: Basic salary and Type Allowance will be prorated under the commuting roster arrangement.
