Air Sial, a rapidly growing private Pakistani airline, is seeking experienced and highly motivated A320 Captains to join its expanding team. About the Role:

This position presents a chance to contribute to the continued success of Air Sial by operating flights on both domestic and international routes, primarily focusing on regional Middle Eastern destinations. The role involves a one-year contract with a three-month probationary period, commencing immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate A320 aircraft in accordance with Air Sial's operational procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of professional conduct and teamwork.
• Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive working environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid EASA/ICAO/FAA licenses with a minimum validity of six months after application.
• Minimum of 2,000 total hours on any aircraft type.
• Minimum of 500 hours as a Pilot in Command (PIC) on the A320 aircraft.
• English language proficiency at Level 4.
• Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Recent flight experience within the past six to twelve months.

• Paid training prior to assessment.
• Positioning flights to and from your home base.
• Monthly basic fee of USD 9,500.
• Overtime payment of USD 100 per block hour for hours flown beyond 80 block hours per month.
• 3 months on, 2 weeks off roster pattern (90/15).
• Ground transportation.
• Accommodation.
• Local medical insurance.
• Normal Operating Bases: KHI/LHE/ISB/SKT/MUX.
