Bristow Group | First Officer
Bristow Group is seeking an experienced First Officer to join their team in the U.S. This role involves supporting the Captain in conducting safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations, primarily on the AW139 helicopter. The First Officer will contribute to all flight stages, upholding the highest standards of safety, operational performance, and aircraft airworthiness.
About the Role
The First Officer's responsibilities include operating the assigned aircraft safely and efficiently, in strict adherence to Bristow's operational standards and all applicable regulations. Key duties involve maintaining situational awareness regarding weather, NOTAMs, sea state, and customer facility status; managing passenger and aircraft movements, briefings, and baggage loading; completing all necessary flight planning paperwork and records accurately; and reporting any aircraft mechanical irregularities. The First Officer will also facilitate professional communication with customers and stay updated on all Bristow operational and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Co-Pilot/First Officer in offshore helicopter operations.
- Demonstrated flight experience with a minimum of 500 total flight hours.
- At least 250 hours on multi-engine aircraft.
- A minimum of 100 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
- Valid ANAC AW139 Type Rating.
- Valid U.S. visa.
