Breeze Airways is seeking a Part-Time Flight Attendant for its PVD Crew Base.

As a highly visible team member, the Part-Time Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and fellow team members. This individual will welcome and accommodate guests, manage high-stress situations, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and exercise sound judgment while embodying Breezeās core values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, offering warm welcomes, seating assistance, and information while remaining available for further support.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.
- Uphold a safe environment for guests and team members.
- Effectively manage high-stress situations and remain composed under pressure.
- Communicate respectfully and collaborate effectively with all team members.
- Regularly monitor the cabin and remain approachable and accommodating.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to schedule changes due to operational, weather-related, or other unforeseen delays.
- Adhere to all FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements.
- Demonstrate personal responsibility through punctuality and proactive behavior.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold etiquette guidelines both in and out of the cabin.
- Provide assistance to other departments as required.
- Utilize and explain Breeze's inflight technology.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization.
- Instruct guests on emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Administer first-aid and medical care when necessary.
- Control emotional responses and act appropriately under high-stress.
- Conduct security screenings.
- Complete Autism Awareness Training.
- Adhere to all FAA and DOT travel regulations.
- Achieve performance metrics in accordance with Breeze's values.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work seasonal duties in New Haven, CT.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance.
- Must have adequate head clearance in the cabin.
- Ability to sit and buckle into the E190, E195, and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness.
- Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Must have a service-oriented mindset.
- Adhere to the highest hygiene standards as outlined by the CDC.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests.
- Ability to successfully complete security screening training.
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
- Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States.
- Valid Passport with a minimum of six (6) months validity remaining.
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Willingness to relocate based on company needs, if required.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Must be able to report for work at the assigned base.
- Must be able to work "Reserve Assignments".
- Must be self-motivated, positive, and success-oriented.
- Nose piercings are acceptable within company guidelines. Studs only, single 2mm or smaller in gold, silver or gemstone.
- No teeth embellishments in uniform.
- No more than two (2) earrings per ear while in uniform.

- Ability to assist disabled passengers, including the use of an inflight wheelchair.
- Ability to push/pull beverage and food carts on inclines using up to sixty (60) pounds of force.
- Proficient in all safety-related procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in managing difficult situations, resolving conflicts, and de-escalation.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and individuals.
Breeze Flight Attendant Part-Time Job Details:
- Monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours.
- Must reside within a two-hour driving distance of Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport.
- Successful completion of the interview process and selection.
- Successful completion of initial flight attendant training.
