Flight Attendant - PVD Crew Base

Breeze Airways is seeking "Seriously Nice" individuals to join our team as full-time Flight Attendants based in Providence, Rhode Island (PVD). As ambassadors of our brand, our Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety, comfort, and exceptional experience of our Guests. Position Overview

This is a full-time role with a monthly minimum guarantee of 70 hours. Candidates must reside within a two-hour driving distance of Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport. Selection involves an interview process and the successful completion of paid initial Flight Attendant training.

Pay Rates

1 month - 6 months: $25.00 | 6 months - 1 year: $27.00 | Year 2: $28.50 | Year 3: $30.00 | Year 4: $31.50 | Year 5: $33.00 | Year 6: $34.50 | Year 7: $36.00 | Year 8: $37.50

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure cabin safety and enforce FAA regulations and company procedures.
  • Provide exceptional Guest service, including assistance with seating, luggage stowage, and onboard amenities.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, including alcohol.
  • Mitigate high-stress situations while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate personal responsibility and punctuality.
  • Perform emergency procedures, first aid, and security screenings as required.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and demonstrate proficiency with inflight technology.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity.
  • Legal right to work and travel unrestricted to/from the United States.
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test, TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check, and Breeze background check.
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing tests.
  • Must meet physical requirements: able to reach emergency equipment, fit into jumpseat harnesses, and lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds.
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and oral).
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
  • Adherence to professional appearance standards, including specific guidelines regarding tattoos, piercings, and grooming.
