Full-Time Flight Attendant - PVD Crew Base

Breeze Airways is seeking professional and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as full-time Flight Attendants at our Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) crew base. Role Overview

Flight Attendants serve as the face of the company, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests. Responsibilities include managing in-flight safety, delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining cabin standards, and collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure, solve problems, and provide a welcoming, empathetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe cabin environment and conduct security screenings.
  • Provide superior guest service, including managing seating, luggage, and meal/beverage service.
  • Manage high-stress situations with composure and effective conflict resolution.
  • Comply with all FAA, DOT, and company regulations and training requirements.
  • Utilize in-flight technology and maintain cabin/galley cleanliness.
  • Provide emergency instructions and medical assistance when necessary.
  • Maintain professional appearance standards and punctuality.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly minimum guarantee is 70 hours. Pay rates per year of service are as follows:

  • 1 month - 6 months: $25/hr
  • 6 months - 1 year: $27/hr
  • Year 2: $28.50/hr
  • Year 3: $30/hr
  • Year 4: $31.50/hr
  • Year 5: $33.00/hr
  • Year 6: $34.50/hr
  • Year 7: $36/hr
  • Year 8: $37.50/hr

Additional perks include paid training, initial luggage and uniform issuance at no cost, 401(k) eligibility after 90 days, and comprehensive travel benefits on the Breeze network (after 30 days) and partner airlines (after six months). Full benefits include health, vision, dental, and an employer-matched Health Savings Account.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restriction.
  • Possession of a current passport with at least six months of validity remaining.
  • Must reside within a two-hour driving distance of PVD airport.
  • Physical ability to: reach overhead emergency equipment, fit into jumpseat harnesses, lift 50 lbs, close overhead bins (50 lbs of force), and push/pull carts (60 lbs of force).
  • Must pass a DOT drug test, TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check, and Breeze background check.
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing tests.
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and reserve assignments.
  • Adherence to company grooming and appearance standards.
