Full Time Flight Attendant - RSW Crew Base

Breeze Airways is seeking professional and dedicated Full Time Flight Attendants to join our RSW Crew Base. Position Details

  • Monthly Minimum Guarantee: 70 hours
  • Residency Requirement: Must reside within a two-hour driving distance from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).
  • Training: Successful completion of initial paid Flight Attendant training is required.

Flight Attendant Pay Scale

Pay rates based on tenure:

  • 1 month – 6 months: $25.00
  • 6 months – 1 year: $27.00
  • Year 2: $28.50
  • Year 3: $30.00
  • Year 4: $31.50
  • Year 5: $33.00
  • Year 6: $34.50
  • Year 7: $36.00
  • Year 8: $37.50

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, including seating assistance and luggage stowage.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized cabin and galley.
  • Manage high-stress situations with empathy, professionalism, and composure.
  • Provide safety instructions and administer first-aid or emergency procedures as required.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including alcohol.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and adhere to FAA and DOT regulations.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, personal responsibility, and professional etiquette.
  • Stay current with company procedures, inflight technology, and security screening protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a current Passport with at least six months of validity remaining.
  • Physical requirements: Ability to reach emergency equipment, sit in jumpseats, pass vision/hearing tests, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Operational capability: Ability to push/pull beverage carts up to 60 lbs and close overhead bins with 50 lbs of force.
  • Background standards: Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test, TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check, and Breeze background check.
  • Availability: Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and reserve assignments.
  • Appearance: Adhere to company grooming standards, including specific guidelines for tattoos, piercings, and uniforms.
