Full-Time Flight Attendant - RSW Crew Base

Breeze Airways is seeking professional and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as full-time Flight Attendants based at the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience through proactive service, including assistance with seating and luggage.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members, including performing emergency procedures and security screenings.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor, especially when de-escalating high-stress situations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and adhere to FAA, DOT, and company-specific regulations.
  • Execute inflight service, including the preparation and serving of meals and beverages, while maintaining cabin cleanliness and organizational standards.
  • Utilize onboard technology to enhance the guest experience.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability, punctuality, and flexibility regarding schedule changes.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly minimum guarantee is 70 hours. Pay rates based on tenure are as follows:

  • 1 month - 6 months: $25.00
  • 6 months - 1 year: $27.00
  • Year 2: $28.50
  • Year 3: $30.00
  • Year 4: $31.50
  • Year 5: $33.00
  • Year 6: $34.50
  • Year 7: $36.00
  • Year 8: $37.50

Additional benefits include paid training, initial issuance of uniforms and luggage at no cost, 401K eligibility after 90 days, and travel benefits on the Breeze network (30 days) and other airlines (6 months). Employees also have access to health, vision, dental, and an HSA with company match.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Legal right to work and travel within the U.S. without restriction.
  • Current passport with at least six months of remaining validity.
  • Must reside within a two-hour driving distance of RSW.
  • Meet physical requirements: ability to reach emergency equipment, sit in jumpseats with harness buckled, and lift/pull up to 60 lbs for carts and 50 lbs for overhead bins.
  • Ability to pass vision, hearing, and DOT pre-employment drug screenings.
  • Must pass a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check and internal background check.
  • Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and reserve assignments.
  • Adherence to professional appearance standards, including specific guidelines regarding piercings, tattoos, and grooming.
