Part-Time Flight Attendant - Breeze Airways (PVD Crew Base)
Breeze Airways is seeking a "Seriously Nice" Part-Time Flight Attendant to join its team at the PVD Crew Base in Providence, Rhode Island. As a highly visible representative of the airline, the Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and fellow team members. They will welcome and accommodate guests, manage high-stress situations, collaborate with team members, exercise sound judgment, and embody Breeze's core values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Job Details:
- Monthly Guarantee: 37.5 flying hours per month.
- Residence: Must reside within a two-hour driving distance of Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport.
- Selection: Successful completion of the interview process.
- Training: Successful completion of initial Flight Attendant training.

Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional guest experience.

- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while adhering to hygiene standards.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization.
- Provide instructions, including emergency and evacuation procedures, to guests.
- Administer first-aid and medical care, if needed.
- Control personal and emotional responses and act appropriately under stress.
- Conduct security screenings.
- Complete Autism Awareness Training.
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations.
- Achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze Aviation Group's values.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to work seasonal duties in New Haven, CT
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Meet specific height requirements for accessing emergency equipment and cabin clearance.
- Ability to sit and buckle into the E190, E195 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
- Present a neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Must be service-oriented.
- Adhere to the highest hygiene standards.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Pass vision and hearing tests.
- Successfully complete security screening training.
- Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and a TSA-required background check.
- Have the legal right to work in the U.S. and travel without restrictions.
- Possess a valid passport with at least six months remaining before expiration.
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Willingness to relocate based on operational needs, if applicable.
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, as needed.
- Able to report for work in assigned base for assigned trips.
- Able to work "Reserve Assignment" in assigned base.
- Be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire for success.
- Adhere to company guidelines regarding appearance, including piercings and tattoos.
