Responsibilities:

The Pilot, Captain will:

Conduct production ground and flight tests to validate aircraft airworthiness.
Perform demonstration flights for potential customers.
Conduct customer acceptance flights.
Execute ferry flights.
Carry out pre- and post-flight activities.
Potentially support weekend schedules for extended periods.
Potentially support the Bombardier Flight Test Center.
Possibly carry out manual and other documentation reviews.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

A valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical certificate.
A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time, including 500 hours PIC on large multi-engine aircraft.
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel on short notice.
Previous flight test experience or a strong technical background in certification or training is a definite asset.
A US ATP is an asset.
The right to work and live in Canada.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
The capability to execute the duties of an aircraft commander while maintaining a positive and cooperative relationship with the crew and management.
The ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
