Operating an established fleet of ATR 72 aircraft, the airline manages approximately 900 flights per month, linking Guernsey and Jersey with key destinations across the United Kingdom and Europe. In line with our strategic growth, Blue Islands will be introducing the first ATR 72-600 series aircraft to the fleet in 2025. To support this expansion, we are seeking professional and dedicated Direct Entry Captains to join our close-knit team at our bases in Jersey or Guernsey. Our operations encompass a scheduled regional network alongside ad-hoc and series charter flights for leading tour operators and top-flight sports teams.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional who meets the following essential criteria:
- Hold a valid United Kingdom CAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL(A)).
- Possess a British passport or the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.
- Ability to provide professional references and successfully pass a five-year background and criminal record check.
