The Director of Operations holds FAA-designated authority and is pivotal in leading all aspects of flight operations. This position encompasses operational control, comprehensive regulatory compliance, and robust safety management. The successful DO will provide leadership to flight operations personnel, overseeing Chief Pilots, managing flight training programs, directing operational planning, and ensuring strict adherence to both FAA and international regulatory requirements. This is a flying position.
