Babcock International seeks a dedicated and experienced Qualified Flying Instructor to join its team at either the Middle Wallop or RNAS Yeovilton sites. This is a full-time, permanent role (Role ID: SF61152) offering a competitive compensation package and benefits.
The Qualified Flying Instructor will play a vital role in supporting aspiring Apache, Wildcat, Merlin, or F35 pilots through flying grading on the Babcock Grob 115E Tutor Aircraft. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one flying instruction covering navigation, instrument flying, and aerobatics. The instructor will complete end-of-course reports, actively encourage a culture of military ethos, maintain the highest level of safety and quality, ensure high standards of communication and documentation, and complete staff continuation training requirements.
