BAA Training: B747 Type Rating Instructor / Examiner (TRI/TRE) - Worldwide

Currently, BAA Training is seeking experienced and highly qualified B747 Type Rating Instructors and/or Examiners (TRI/TREs) to conduct Type Rating training programs on a worldwide basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and comprehensive theoretical and practical training sessions in strict accordance with approved training programs and regulatory standards.
  • Accurately assess and monitor student progress throughout training, ensuring alignment with the highest standards, including those outlined by Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) requirements.
  • Precisely complete all necessary training documentation, ensuring meticulous adherence to legal requirements, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid B747 Type Rating Instructor (TRI) and Instrument Rating (IR).
  • Hold a valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CTPL).
  • Demonstrate ICAO English Language Proficiency at Level 5 or higher.
  • Hold a valid Medical Certificate/License.
  • Accumulate a minimum of 500 hours of experience on the B747 type as a commercial pilot.
  • Preferably possess more than 150 hours of experience as a Type Rating Instructor (TRI).
