The Position: First Officer (DA-F7X)
Astonjet Limited is actively recruiting a qualified First Officer to operate the sophisticated Dassault Falcon 7X (DA-F7X) business jet. This critical role supports the Captain in guaranteeing the safe, professional, and efficient execution of worldwide flight operations. The selected candidate is expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, safety adherence, and exceptional service, acting as an exemplary representative of Astonjet Limited during all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The First Officer will undertake critical operational duties, ensuring compliance with all company standards and international aviation regulations. Core responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Aircraft Commander (Captain) in the diligent preparation and safe execution of all assigned flights in strict adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring the utmost safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers throughout all phases of flight operations.
- Performing comprehensive pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections and ensuring all operational documentation and logs are completed accurately and promptly.
- Providing essential support for flight planning processes, detailed weather analysis, and necessary aircraft performance calculations.
- Maintaining clear, open, and highly professional communication channels with the Captain, flight crew, and all necessary ground operations personnel.
- Cultivating a positive and highly safety-focused cockpit environment while consistently upholding Astonjet Limited's exemplary service standards.
- Actively participating in all scheduled recurrent training programs to ensure continuous high levels of proficiency and regulatory compliance.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered for this critical aviation role:
- Possession of a valid EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) or CPL (Commercial Pilot License).
- Demonstrated professional English language proficiency. ICAO Level 5 certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 500 total flight hours accumulated.
- While a current Type Rating on the Dassault Falcon 7X is highly advantageous, it is not strictly mandatory for application.
