About the Role
MedHealth Partners/Medway Air Ambulance seeks experienced Learjet 35/45 pilots to join its mission of providing critical medical transportation. This full-time, home-based position offers an 8/6 schedule and the opportunity to contribute to vital patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2,000 total pilot hours in fixed-wing aircraft.
- 1,000 hours Turbine Pilot-In-Command (PIC) or multi-engine aircraft preferred.
- Air carrier flight experience in turbojet aircraft or two-person crew.
- Learjet or similar aircraft experience.
- Ability to plan flight assignments, obtain briefing information, and supervise crewmembers.
- Proficiency in supervising cargo and passenger loading to ensure weight and balance limitations are met.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interactions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Operations Manuals, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, and flight manuals.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Part 135 experience or Flight Instructor experience preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Valid passport, pilot license, FCC Radio Operator Permit, First Class Medical Certificate, and driver’s license.
- Commercial, Instrument, Multi-Engine Land (MEL), and Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) ratings.
- Valid State driver's license.
- Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.
- Ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restriction.
- Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) required background screening and obtain appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.
- All required documents must be uploaded with the application.
Compensation and Benefits
- $50,000 Retention Bonus
- $10,000 Signing Bonus for PIC qualified pilots.
- $15,000 Current Type Rating Bonus per type for pilots with a 36-month SIM current type rating in LR-45 or LR-JET series.
- Flight hour pay for every hour flown.
