Learjet Pilot in Command (PIC) - Air Ambulance Services
MedHealth Partners/Medway Air Ambulance, a leading provider of fixed-wing air ambulance services, seeks a mission-focused Learjet Pilot in Command (PIC) to join its dedicated team. This full-time professional role offers an 8/6 schedule, providing vital medical transportation for patients requiring critical care. Successful candidates will contribute to a people-centric environment focused on patient advocacy and safe, efficient air medical transport.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute flight assignments, obtaining comprehensive briefing information including flight purpose, weather, operating procedures, and special instructions.

Supervise crewmembers to ensure meticulous planning and preparation for flights.

Oversee the loading and distribution of cargo and passengers, ensuring adherence to weight and balance limitations as per aircraft flight manual specifications.

Maintain strong oral and written communication skills, delivering clear, effective, and timely communications.

Interact respectfully and professionally with all personnel, including coworkers, clients, and vendors.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Operations Manual, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, and aircraft flight manuals.

Maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 2,000 hours of total pilot time in fixed-wing aircraft.

1,000 hours of Turbine PIC or multi-engine aircraft experience preferred.

Air carrier flight experience in turbojet aircraft or two-person crew required.

Learjet or similar aircraft experience.

Part 135 experience or Flight Instructor experience preferred but not required.
Requirements:

Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.

Commercial, Instrument, MEL, and ATP ratings.

Valid State driver's license.

Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.

FCC Radio Operator Permit.

Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening and obtain appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Salary Range: $115,391.00 - $206,000.00 Annually

$50,000 Retention Bonus

$10,000 Signing Bonus for PIC qualified pilots

$15,000 Current Type Rating Bonus per type for pilots with a 36-month SIM current type rating in LR-45 or LR-JET series
