Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Chief Pilot, Captains must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all aircraft systems, emergency procedures, ATC protocols, and company operational policies.
- Ensuring safe and efficient aircraft operation while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Maintaining effective communication and coordination with flight crew and all encountered personnel throughout the flight.
- Demonstrating respect and understanding of the cultural expectations within the diverse communities served across Alaska.
- Embracing and promoting the company's core values and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- ATP License with 3000 flight hours.
- Multi-engine turboprop experience.
- Meets 121.436 PIC requirements.
- Holds a 1st class medical certificate.
- Ability to successfully pass DOT background checks, and initial and random drug screenings.
- Physical capability to perform all job duties.
- Prior Saab 2000 PIC experience in a 121 operation is preferred.

Compensation:
- Year 1: $100,000 minimum annual salary guarantee.
- Year 2: $120,000
- Year 3: $140,000
- Additional $25,000 annual pay upon obtaining Aleutian/DUT Captain sign-off.
- Additional $15,000 annual pay for Line Check Airman qualification.
