• Physical Preparedness: Ability to stand for extended periods, work long hours, and adapt to irregular shifts.
• Professional Presentation: Meticulously groomed and presentable appearance, maintaining healthy skin and no visible marks or braces.
• Height and Reach: Minimum height requirement of 157cm for ladies and 170cm for gentlemen (measured barefoot), with an arm reach of 210cm.
• Age: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• An updated Resume.
• MyKad (original and a photocopy).
• SPM Certificate with a credit in English or equivalent qualification (original and a photocopy).
• Higher Education Certificates, if applicable (original and a photocopy).
• English Proficiency: A valid TOEIC score of 650 (within 2 years) or a Versant score of 50 (within 2 years) will be accepted if the SPM English requirement is not met.
