About the Role:
Our organization is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Cabin Crew Administrator to provide essential operational and administrative support to the Cabin Crew Department. This vital role ensures the efficient management, maintenance, and availability of critical equipment and supplies necessary for effective cabin operations. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day functions of the department, working diligently to uphold operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
The Cabin Crew Administrator will undertake a range of duties crucial to the smooth functioning of the department, including:
- Managing warranty processes and service coordination for cabin operational equipment, such as vacuum units.
- Overseeing the logistical aspects of equipment power sources, including the charging, replacement, and collection of batteries, in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensuring the timely identification and replacement of unserviceable equipment aboard aircraft.
- Acting as a central point of liaison with Cabin Crew Executives across operational hubs regarding equipment servicing and replacement needs.
- Providing comprehensive general administrative and operational assistance to the Cabin Crew Department leadership and team.
- Performing additional duties and ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Supervisor to ensure departmental objectives are met.
Requirements & Skills:
Candidates for this position should meet the following criteria:
- Possess a minimum academic qualification equivalent to SPM.
- Demonstrate proficiency in fundamental computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exhibit strong organizational capabilities and effective time management skills.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and pay close attention to detail in all tasks.
- Possess effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Be capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing workload effectively, and performing efficiently under pressure.
- Be available and willing to work on a shift basis, which may include weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
