Key Responsibilities and Operational Duties

The Cabin Crew professional is integral to ensuring the safety, comfort, and positive experience of all guests. This role requires exceptional dedication, resilience, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with irregular shift patterns.

  • Delivering consistently outstanding customer service, characterized by a bright, inexhaustible smile and boundless energy.
  • Prioritizing and executing all safety procedures, including the ability to remain firm, give clear instructions during emergencies, and enforce strict regulatory compliance.
  • Managing challenging operational scenarios, resolving guest conflicts, and addressing issues calmly and effectively.
  • Performing essential operational tasks, which includes maintaining stringent cabin cleanliness standards, executing duties on the tarmac, and assisting at gate operations.
  • Working irregular hours and multiple flight sectors, with remuneration and scheduling based on productivity and shift volume.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must satisfy the following physical, educational, and documentation criteria:

Age and Physical Criteria

  • Minimum Age: 18 years and above.
  • Minimum Height (Ladies): 157cm (barefoot).
  • Minimum Height (Men): 170cm (barefoot).
  • Minimum Arm Reach: 210cm.

Grooming Standards

Excellent grooming is essential. Candidates must adhere to the following standards:

  • Flawless skin (free from acne marks or significant blemishes).
  • No visible marks or tattoos on the hands and legs.
  • Absence of dental braces.
  • Healthy, well-maintained hair. (Male candidates with long hair must be prepared to adopt a short hairstyle if required post-hiring.)

Educational and Language Prerequisites

  • For Malaysian Applicants: Minimum SPM qualification with two credits, including English Language, and a pass in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • For Non-Malaysian Applicants: Copy of higher educational certificates is required.
  • Language Proficiency: A minimum TOEIC score of 650 is mandatory if an SPM English credit has not been attained.

Interview Preparation Documents

Candidates invited for an interview must present the following documentation:

  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • Copies of all educational certificates.
  • Copy of a valid passport or Identity Card (IC).
  • Copy of vaccination certificate.
  • One recent headshot photograph.
  • One recent full-body photograph.

Dress Code: Candidates are expected to present themselves in formal Office Attire. Female candidates must wear a knee-length skirt.
