While the role is dynamic and engaging, it requires the ability to handle a variety of tasks, including long hours on their feet, working irregular schedules, managing conflicts, and maintaining cabin cleanliness. The candidate must also be capable of enforcing rules and regulations, and providing clear instruction during emergencies. While appearance is important, the focus is on professional grooming, a genuine desire to provide exceptional service and be a supportive team member. AirAsia embraces a family-oriented atmosphere.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to work varying shifts.
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
  • Flawless skin with no acne marks.
  • No visible marks on hands or legs.
  • No braces.
  • Healthy-looking hair (Men may have long hair initially, with the understanding that they may be required to have a shorter style if hired).
  • Minimum height of 157 cm (barefoot) for ladies and 170 cm (barefoot) for men.
  • Minimum arm reach of 210 cm.

Application Requirements:

Applicants should prepare the following for their interview:

  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • Copy of educational certificate:
    • Malaysians: Minimum SPM with 2 credits including English and a pass in Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Non-Malaysians: Copy of higher educational certificates.
  • Copy of valid passport or identification card (IC).
  • Copy of vaccination certificate.
  • Headshot and full-body photograph.
  • TOEIC certificate with a minimum score of 650 (if SPM English is not a credit).

Dress Code:

Business attire is required for the interview. Female applicants must wear a knee-length skirt. The most important aspect is to be authentic and present oneself genuinely.
