REQUIREMENTS :

• Knowledge of legislative and other acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulating the activities of aviation; internal acts of Air Astana JSC on safety and labor protection; Flight Operations Manual for Flight Attendants (OM-E); Guidelines for Standards of Service on Board Aircraft, Guidelines for Standards of Appearance and Wearing Uniforms;
• Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English (Intermediate level) languages;
• More than 1 year experience in the position.

SKILLS :

• Ability to provide excellent on-board service;
• Know the product in business class;
• Effective communication at different levels.
