We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew members. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe and enjoyable travel experience for all passengers.
Responsibilities:
- Upholding the highest safety standards for passengers and crew throughout all phases of flight.
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere onboard.
Requirements:
- Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Completion of secondary and/or vocational education.
- Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English languages (conversational level required, fluency in additional languages is advantageous).
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Excellent health and fitness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A high level of empathy, adaptability, and resilience in challenging situations.
- Prior experience in the service industry is desirable but not mandatory.
- Minimum height requirement: 170 cm for male candidates, 160 cm for female candidates.
