The Cabin Crew member serves as a primary point of contact for passengers, prioritizing their safety and comfort throughout the flight. This role demands a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty, and projecting a positive corporate image. Success in this position requires adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining productivity aligned with established performance measures.
Maintain punctual attendance, adhering to grooming standards and all relevant legal requirements. Active participation in pre-flight briefings is essential, encompassing flight details, role assignments, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures.
Implement and instruct passengers on safety procedures, ensuring their well-being throughout the flight. Proactively identify and report safety and security risks to the Cabin Supervisor, collaborating on remedial actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administer first aid as needed. Immediately report any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, flight crew, and/or Captain.
Warmly welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, and accurately record relevant data in the aircraft logbook. Provide consistent, high-quality customer service, proactively addressing passenger requests and pre-bookings. Support passengers experiencing distress or difficulties according to established policies and procedures. Actively promote on-board meals, products, and the "Charity Cloud" program to maximize revenue and achieve individual and team targets. Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
Conduct thorough pre-flight checks of supplies, emergency equipment, catering, and other essential items, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain. Ensure aircraft cabin cleanliness at transit stations and adequate re-catering and duty-free replenishment. Maintain orderly handover/takeover procedures with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Complete post-flight briefing and assessment reports, including objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, incident reports, and duty-free inventory reconciliation. Account for passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and assume Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain.
Maintain professional expertise and safety knowledge through participation in recurrent training, emergency procedures training, educational workshops, and license renewal. Contribute effectively to the team's overall success, achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
