Overview: Pilot Recruitment Roadshow

Air Arabia Group, through its subsidiary Fly Jinnah, is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced Pakistani Nationals to join their operational team as **A320 Captains**. The airline is committed to attracting the best talent and is hosting a focused recruitment roadshow in Pakistan for assessment and selection.

The recruitment team will conduct assessments in **Karachi** on the **6th and 7th of November 2025**. Interested candidates are requested to submit their application through the official requisition to initiate the screening and selection process.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

The ideal Captain candidate must meet the following stringent criteria:

Compensation and Emoluments (All figures in PKR - Pakistan Rupees)

This permanent position offers an undetermined period contract with a highly competitive remuneration package.

1. Fixed Salary Structure

Fixed total monthly salary is determined by total flying hours (including Boeing experience factored hours).

Boeing Experience Factor: For salary determination, prior Boeing flying hours (in the respective position) are factored with a maximum cap of 3,000 hours. All Airbus family flying hours (A320/321/330) are added on top of the calculated Boeing experience.

Trainers conducting Line Training or Simulator Training sessions are entitled to additional allowances:

Note: Training allowances are paid in addition to the Flying Allowance and Duty Pay. These allowances are not applicable when the pilot is undergoing training as a trainee (e.g., Initial, Recurrency, or Upgrade training).

Married Employee One ticket yearly for self, wife & children (unlimited children can be nominated).

MYID Travel Benefit

Employees gain access to the MYID travel system for discounted tickets after successfully completing 180 days of service. This benefit is available for the employee, spouse, and children (below 23 years).
