Air Arabia Group, through its subsidiary Fly Jinnah, is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced Pakistani Nationals to join their operational team as **A320 Captains**. The airline is committed to attracting the best talent and is hosting a focused recruitment roadshow in Pakistan for assessment and selection.
The recruitment team will conduct assessments in **Karachi** on the **6th and 7th of November 2025**. Interested candidates are requested to submit their application through the official requisition to initiate the screening and selection process.

This permanent position offers an undetermined period contract with a highly competitive remuneration package.
Fixed total monthly salary is determined by total flying hours (including Boeing experience factored hours).

Boeing Experience Factor: For salary determination, prior Boeing flying hours (in the respective position) are factored with a maximum cap of 3,000 hours. All Airbus family flying hours (A320/321/330) are added on top of the calculated Boeing experience.
