Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the aviation department, aligning with Ag-Pro Companies' overall business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of daily flight operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and flight planning.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local aviation regulations, as well as industry best practices.
