The Role: First Officer

AEGEAN and Olympic Air are actively seeking highly motivated Non-Type Rated First Officers to join their expanding Airbus and Turboprop Fleets. This pivotal role is designed for aviation professionals who are dedicated to delivering unparalleled service and value to passengers. Prospective First Officers are expected to demonstrate exceptional dedication, foster strong teamwork, and uphold the highest commitment to safety across all flight operations.

Key Responsibilities & Contribution

  • Operating aircraft safely and efficiently as part of a multi-pilot crew.
  • Upholding the highest safety standards in accordance with EASA regulations and company procedures.
  • Providing exemplary service and contributing to an outstanding passenger experience.
  • Engaging in effective teamwork and collaboration with all flight and cabin crew members.
  • Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills, particularly under dynamic circumstances.
  • Adhering to structured and analytical thinking in all operational aspects.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must fulfil the following essential requirements:

  • Possession of a valid EASA CPL(A) with ATPL(A) theory completed, or a valid EASA ATPL(A).
  • A valid multi-engine IR(A) rating, which must remain current until the completion of the type rating course.
  • A minimum of 70 hours as pilot in command of aeroplanes.
  • Certificate of completion for MCC Training.
  • Certificate of completion for the Advanced UPRT course, as specified in FCL.745.A (applicable for the issue of the first type rating course for a multi-pilot aeroplane).
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4.
  • A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU).
