Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Prospective candidates are required to fulfill the following comprehensive criteria:
- Type Rating: A current and valid aircraft type rating is a mandatory prerequisite.
- License Requirements: Applicants must possess a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME) rating.
- Acceptable Licensing Authorities: Licenses issued by DGCA (Turkey), EASA, FAA, or ICAO are all accepted.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is essential for consideration.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP): A minimum ICAO ELP Level 4 is strictly required.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrated fluency in both English and Turkish is a fundamental requirement.
- Visa Sponsorship: Please note that visa sponsorship is not provided for this particular position.
- Educational Background: Candidates must have achieved at least high school graduation.
- Professional Conduct: Applicants must not have received any written punishment attributable to flight failure or flight indiscipline.
- Criminal Record: A clear criminal record or criminal archive record is mandatory.
- Relocation and Base Acceptance: Willingness to accept the operational base determined by AJet and reside there permanently is required.
- Pre-employment Medical Examination: Successful completion of the final pre-employment examination, to be conducted by AJet workplace physicians, is essential for employment.
- Turkish Language for Blue Card Holders: For candidates holding a Blue Card, the ability to speak Turkish fluently and understandably is explicitly required.
- Training History: Applicants must not have previously failed training and control flights while employed by Turkish Airlines or any other airline.
- Employment History: Candidates must not have previously been terminated from THY AO and its subsidiary companies.
