Our Recruitment Journey

The selection process for this Cabin Crew position is structured as follows:

  1. Application: Candidates submit their application, which will be assessed for relevant skills and experience.
  2. Online Assessment: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a digital video assessment, involving answers to pre-set questions.
  3. Assessment Center: If an application is successful, the next step will be an invitation to attend an assessment day.
  4. Pre-employment Checks: Prior to a formal job offer, candidates must successfully complete various checks, including reference checks, criminal record checks, security clearance, a medical examination, and drug and alcohol tests.
  5. Cabin Crew Training: Upon satisfying all requirements, candidates will commence a comprehensive four-week Cabin Crew training program, meticulously designed to prepare them fully for a rewarding career in the sky.
