About Fly4

Fly4 is an innovative startup, launched by the established operators TUI and Enter Air, offering exciting opportunities and a rapidly developing flight network. Crew members are employed by AAP Aviation to operate flights for Fly4. All operations are UK-based, flying B737 aircraft on ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) operations for esteemed customers such as TUI, Enter Air, and others. Due to the dynamic nature of ACMI operations, a high degree of flexibility is essential.

The Role

Senior Cabin Crew Members play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and service. They are responsible for overseeing cabin operations, adhering to all regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive environment for everyone on board.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates interested in this position must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Possession of a valid EASA or UK Cabin Crew Attestation, with a minimum of one year of flying experience within the last five years. UK attestations will require conversion to EASA during training.
• Possession of a valid EASA or UK Medical. UK medicals will require conversion to EASA during training.
• Previous experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member, including evidence of EASA Approved Senior Cabin Crew training, is considered a significant advantage.
• Completion of education to a minimum of High School level or comparable.
• Prior experience, preferably from the service industry or healthcare sector, is an advantage.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Height between 160 cm and 190 cm (with an arm reach of 2 meters), and the ability to meet the physical requirements for performing safety-related duties. Good eyesight (+/- 0.7 with or without corrections) is also required.
• Ability to be health approved for certification, including passing drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to comply with all uniform regulations.
• Possession of a valid EU/UK Passport, with the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, and unrestricted travel worldwide.
• Ability to reach the airport within a 60-minute call-out time.
• Ability to present a clean criminal record and willingness to undergo a personal 5-year background check at the time of employment.
