Crew members are employed by AAP Aviation to operate flights for Fly4. All operations are UK-based, flying B737 aircraft on ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) operations for esteemed customers such as TUI, Enter Air, and others. Due to the dynamic nature of ACMI operations, a high degree of flexibility is essential.
