Key Responsibilities

The Senior Cabin Crew Member will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Assuming leadership of the cabin crew team, ensuring strict adherence to all safety procedures, regulations, and operational protocols.
• Delivering outstanding customer service, proactively responding to passenger needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Guiding and mentoring junior crew members, fostering a collaborative, positive, and professional work environment.
• Effectively managing and resolving onboard situations with sound judgment, resourcefulness, and a calm demeanor.
• Ensuring the highest standards of cabin presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery.
• Upholding the airline's commitment to on-time performance and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

Fly Play Europe seeks hardworking, flexible, and outgoing individuals who are natural team players with a passion for aviation and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Excellent proficiency in English, with additional languages considered a distinct advantage.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills, capable of engaging positively with diverse passengers and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrated resourcefulness in challenging or unexpected situations.
• High adaptability and a willingness to work a flexible shift roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people from various cultural backgrounds.
• A positive and engaging personality that contributes constructively to team dynamics and enhances the passenger experience.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Possess a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
• Hold a minimum of one (1) year of flight experience as cabin crew.
• Successfully complete the airline's rigorous assessment process.
• Successfully complete all required training programs.
• Pass a comprehensive medical examination.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Preferably hold an Airbus Type Certificate.
