Skyborne Airline Academy is offering aspiring pilots the opportunity to join the easyJet FlightCrew Futures cadet pilot pathway. This comprehensive programme provides a structured training route for individuals with little to no prior flying experience, culminating in a potential career as an easyJet pilot, operating aircraft such as the Airbus A320. Applications are currently open for this pathway, with successful candidates having the potential to receive a conditional offer of employment with easyJet prior to commencing their flight training.
The easyJet FlightCrew Futures Programme, delivered by Skyborne, is a UK CAA Integrated ATPL course designed to take candidates from ab-initio training to airline-ready First Officers. The programme encompasses theoretical knowledge instruction, flight training, multi-engine and instrument rating, advanced upset prevention and recovery training, and the Airline Pilot Standards Multi-Crew Cooperation (APS MCC) course. A significant benefit of this programme is the opportunity to secure a conditional offer of employment with easyJet before the commencement of flight training, subject to successful completion of the airline's recruitment and assessment process and subsequent flight training.
The integrated ATPL training is anticipated to take approximately 18 months, followed by further airline-specific training including the Airbus A320 Type Rating. The total course fee for the easyJet FlightCrew Futures Programme is £129,000, which includes the Airbus A320 Type Rating and accommodation during the training period. Payments are structured in instalments throughout the training.
