Qualifications
Prospective Cabin Crew candidates are expected to meet the following qualifications:

Possession of secondary and/or vocational education.

Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English languages, demonstrating good conversational ability in all three. Knowledge of additional languages is highly advantageous.

Height requirements: Minimum 170 cm for male applicants and 165 cm for female applicants.

A minimum required reach height of 208 cm (for safety reasons and regular fleet renewal).

Prior experience in the service industry is desirable but not mandatory.
