AIRLINE is seeking to recruit Flight Attendants based in Astana, Kazakhstan. This role is instrumental in ensuring passenger and crew safety while delivering exceptional onboard service.

About the Role

The Flight Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flight operations. A key aspect of this position involves providing high-quality customer service and fostering a comfortable and welcoming environment for all travellers.

Requirements

• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Secondary and/or vocational education.
• Good conversational proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
• Presentable appearance.
• Excellent health.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of empathy.
• Willingness to work with people.
• Stress resistance and adaptability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Minimum height of 170 cm for men and 165 cm for women.
• Minimum arm reach of 208 cm.
• A full-length photograph must be submitted with the resume, preferably in one file.

Qualifications

• While not mandatory, experience in the service industry is considered desirable.
• Knowledge of additional languages beyond Kazakh, Russian, and English is welcomed.
