Candidates must possess citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan and hold secondary and/or vocational education. Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English at a conversational level is essential; knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable. A presentable appearance and excellent health are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a high degree of empathy, a passion for working with people, stress resistance, adaptability, and teamwork abilities. Experience in the service industry is welcomed but not mandatory. Minimum height requirements are 170 cm for men and 165 cm for women.
