General Recruitment Policy

ZIMEX AVIATION is continually seeking highly qualified and motivated professionals to join its operational team. Although the company may not have immediate vacancies, aspiring candidates are strongly encouraged to submit their formal applications for inclusion in the exclusive talent pipeline. Role Expectations and Requirements

The successful candidate is expected to contribute to the safe and efficient execution of specialized cargo and mail services, often necessitating the ability to operate night shifts and adhere strictly to all EASA operational protocols.

Essential Pilot Qualifications

• Must hold a valid EASA (frozen) ATPL (A) license.
• Possession of a valid EASA ME-IR license is required.
• Must maintain a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher is mandatory.
• The candidate must possess the unrestricted legal right to work and travel within Europe.
• A valid Covid-19 vaccination certificate is a prerequisite for this position.

Desirable Attributes

• Previous operational experience in cargo environments is considered a valuable asset.
• An existing ATR type rating and operational experience is highly advantageous.

• A highly beneficial rotation schedule: two weeks on duty followed by two weeks off duty (paid), subject to operational requirements.
• Paid travel and transportation between the employee's designated home gateway airport and operational bases.
• All costs associated with flight medical examinations and license revalidations are covered by the company.
• Paid accommodation and catering (food) are provided while the employee is on duty.
• Reimbursement for all pre-approved work-related expenses.
• Clearly defined career progression paths, including advancement opportunities towards the left seat (Captain), specialized training, and potential assignment to the Utility Fleet (DHC-6 operations).
