Valid EASA, FAA, or ICAO Pilot License.

Cessna Citation X Type Rating with a Current Instrument Rating (LPC).

Minimum of 3,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.

Minimum of 1,000 hours total time on type (Cessna Citation X).
