Worldwide Jet, a premier on-demand FAA Part 135 charter operator, seeks an experienced pilot to join its team. This position follows a 15 days on, 13 days off rotation. Flight crews are home-based and must reside within two hours of a designated Gateway Airport. The company is committed to professional development and provides training for all pilots. Candidates must hold a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Type Rating for the Global Express. If the company finances training, a promissory note and training reimbursement agreement will apply. Pilots who have completed training within the past 36 months will be subject to a 2-year agreement; pilots requiring initial training will be subject to a 3-year agreement.
Pilot requirements include an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with a Global Express PIC Type Rating, a valid FAA First-Class Medical certificate, a U.S. passport, and international experience encompassing the Atlantic, Pacific, Mideast, Europe, and Africa regions. Experience in Part 91/135 operations is necessary, along with proficiency in computer operations and software, including internet, email, iPads, and Excel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be capable of performing service operations in extreme temperatures, manage rest effectively during red-eye flights, and possess the physical ability to perform medium to heavy lifting and sit for extended periods. The pilot must maintain unrestricted travel to and from Canada, adhere to all US, EASA, and ICAO regulations, and comply with ICAO Annex I, Paragraph 2.1.10. The applicant must also be Yellow Fever vaccinated.
Minimum flight time requirements include 4,000 hours total flight time, 3,000 hours total PIC flight time, 3,000 hours total multi-engine land (MEL) time, 2,000 hours total turbine time, 250 hours total time in type, and 250 hours total instrument time.
