Captain base salary increases incrementally with flight hours, up to a maximum of 12,000 hours.
Wizz Air UK offers accelerated career progression. Experienced First Officers with over 3,500 factorised hours are eligible to apply for command upgrade within 12 months of employment. This timeframe reduces to 6 months for First Officers with prior Airbus Fly-By-Wire experience.
