Wizz Air UK, Europe's fastest-growing airline, extends an invitation to experienced First Officers and Captains to join its expanding team at its Gatwick (LGW) and Luton (LTN) bases. With a modern fleet of 18 A321Neo aircraft and plans to grow to over 30, Wizz Air UK offers exceptional career progression and comprehensive training. The average fleet age is 1.53 years.
Selection events are scheduled for April 11th, 15th, 19th, 23rd, and 24th.
Benefits Include:
- Rosters: Fixed 5/4 roster, random roster with extra compensation, and 50% part-time (14/14) options for Captains.
- Primarily 2-sector days with return to home base.
- Anticipated long-haul route expansion.
- Competitive Salary:
- First Officer: £55,000
- Senior First Officer: £90,000
- Full-Time Captain: £155,000 - £205,000
- 50% Captain: £80,000 - £105,000
- Captain base salary increases incrementally every 1000 hours, up to a maximum of 12,000 hours.
- Generous Time Off: Up to 5 blocks of 13 days off per year on the fixed roster or 28 days on the random roster.

- Unlimited fixed-price tickets.
- Fast Track Command: Opportunity to progress from cadet to Captain in under 5 years. Experienced First Officers with over 3500 factorised hours may be eligible to apply for command upgrade within 12 months of joining. This is reduced to 6 months for First Officers with Airbus FBW experience.
- Training and Office Roles: Opportunities to join the training department or take on additional office roles alongside flying duties.
