About the Role

Wizz Air is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their award-winning team as Cabin Crew. This recruitment day, held at Crowne Plaza Milan – Malpensa Airport on 28 July 2026, offers an opportunity for candidates to embark on a dynamic career in aviation, focusing on both safety and exceptional customer care while traveling and meeting new people. Successful candidates will perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies, manage in-flight sales, and welcome passengers with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Hold a high school degree.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.
• Possess the right to work in the country of application.
• Must be able to swim.
• Must live or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• Enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
• For candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses, prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
