About the Recruitment Event
A recruitment day for Cabin Crew positions will be held in Madrid on 27 July 2026, starting sharply at 09:00. Candidates should be prepared for the process to potentially extend into the late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
Responsibilities

Prioritizing both safety and customer care during flights.

Performing onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.

Managing in-flight sales and cash handling.

Welcoming passengers and assisting them throughout the flight.

Upholding company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Hold a high school degree (Bachiller or equivalent).

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the right to work in the country of application.

Able to swim.

Reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate.

No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.

Enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.

Individuals wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
