Cabin Crew Recruitment Day – Budapest Base

Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain a focus on both safety protocols and high-quality customer care.
• Perform all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and associated cash handling.
• Deliver exceptional passenger service and provide assistance throughout the flight.
• Uphold the company’s core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity.
• Must possess the right to work in Hungary without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU/HU Permanent Residence Permit, EU Residence Card, or HU Long Term Residence Card). Note: Student or standard work visas are not accepted.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to swim.
• Reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Ability to commute to the base within 60 minutes.
• Medical standard: Must pass a mandatory examination; candidates with a prescription above +4 or below -4 diopters are unlikely to pass.

Recruitment Event Guidelines

• Candidates must register for their preferred base to avoid application rejection.
• All applicants will undergo a pre-screening process, with results communicated via email.
• Please bring an updated English CV with an ID photo to the event.
• Plan for the recruitment process to last until the late afternoon.
• All travel to and from the event is the sole responsibility of the candidate and must be organized at their own expense.
