Responsibilities
As a Wizz Air flight attendant, the successful candidate will:

Maintain a primary focus on safety and customer care.

Perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.

Provide excellent passenger service and support throughout flights.

Uphold core company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Collaborate within a professional network of over 5,000 aviation personnel.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

High school degree or equivalent.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining) without limitations and legal right to work in the country of application.

Must be able to swim.

Must reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.

No tattoos or piercings visible while wearing the company uniform.

Note: Prescription eyewear exceeding +4 or below -4 may affect suitability for the mandatory medical examination.
Recruitment Day Instructions
Compliance with all requirements will be assessed during the recruitment event. Please arrive punctually, as the process may continue until late afternoon. Candidates must bring an updated English CV with an attached ID photo. This event is open to candidates regardless of the base they are applying for within Wizz Air Malta; applicants interested in other bases should attend a local recruitment event.
